Payments & Returns
Payments:
We use Pay-pal as our shopping cart, as it is one of the most secure methods of payment and has a reputation for being the leading provider for handling card payments on-line. Due to the safety measures and the reliability of this Payment Gateway virtually all e-commerce sites allow payment via Pay-pal.
No credit card or other card details are held on this website.
You do not need to have a Pay-pal account to pay via Pay-pal just use the pay as a guest option at the Pay-pal checkout option.
Delivery charges and methods:
Free UK delivers to all UK destinations (free of charge) I use Royal Mail 1st Class "recorded delivery" or "special delivery" depending on the value of the parcel, both methods of delivery require the parcel to be signed for. For delivery outside the UK I use Royal Mail "International Delivery" which costs in the region of £12.95 please contact for International Delivery

In the event that you need to return a damaged item please keep all the packaging, envelope and gift box and return the goods as they were posted to you clearly marked with our address which you will find on the emailed conformation of your order/invoice and at the bottom of the page and follow the process above.
I want all customers to be happy with their purchase which is why i like to give a full and detailed description for each item and to provide plenty of images to ensure customers are clear what they are ordering. If you are not totally happy with your purchase then you can return it to us within 14 days in an unused condition in its original packaging which must also be undamaged or unmarked for a full refund or exchange. The cost of return postage is at the customers expense and items should be posted via Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery (depending on value) as goods damaged or lost in transit will not be credited. Any delivery charges incurred on the original order will not be refunded. A postage charge for exchange items may be made.
There are two exceptions to our returns policy which applies to Earrings (for reasons of hygiene) and any commissioned or personalized items i.e. engraved items.
